This is a monthly event beginning at 6PM on the first Tuesday. Farriers are encouraged to nominate "difficult" shoeing cases prior to the event. Two chosen horses are brought in, videoed, radiographed and blocked by an Oakhurst veterinarian. The cases are discussed in a classroom setting among all the farriers and a plan is made. The horses are then re-shod to the plans specifications by the nominating shoer.
